Mickey Miller began her career as a Park Ranger with the Florida Park Service in 1993 at Koreshan State Historic Site. Ms. Millers duties included cultural resource management, exotic plant control, prescribed burning, conducting interpretive tours, facility maintenance and all fazes of campground operation. Before joining C20/20, Mickey worked with the Lee County Parks and Recreation county-wide Ranger Unit for 6 years. She is certified with the Lee County Sheriff Office in Code and Parking Enforcement. As a C20/20 Ranger she is responsible for ensuring compliance of Lee County Ordinance 02-12 within Conservation 20/20 Sites. Other responsibilities include introducing new Lee County Bird Patrol volunteers to their sites, and educating them on their duties. She has completed both Lee County Sheriffs Office Citizen’s Academy and Court Observer Information Network and attended the North Carolina Ranger Academy in 2006. Volunteer activities include: Activities Leader for the Florida Trail Association, CROW, and Lee County Bird Patrol. |
