Video Contest Entry Form
Highlight the benefits of Lee County Parks & Recreation through our Video Contest. All entries are due on or before Aug. 1, 2011. Winner will be announced on Aug. 12. E-mail leeparks@leegov.com for questions.

Contest Rules
- Visit a Lee County Parks & Recreation facility. Please make sure you are following the rules of the park and that your activities are legal.
- Video yourself, your family or your friends participating in an activity or just enjoying the facility and tell us what you love about Lee County Parks & Recreation.
- Fill out our online entry form and upload your video no later than Aug. 1, 2011.
Entry Requirements
Length: Maximum 3 minutes.
Size: Maximum 150 Megabytes (150,000 KB)
Visuals: The Lee County Parks & Recreation facility must be visible, easily recognizable and mentioned in the video.
Format: Please make sure the quality of your video is sufficient for general viewing. The following formats are accepted - MOV, MPG, MP4, AVI, WMV & FLV
Eligibility
The individual who completes the online entry form must be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years of age on or before June 15, 2011. Submissions by Lee County Parks & Recreation employees or their families are ineligible to win a prize.
Judging Criteria
Winners will be chosen for creativity and approach, focusing specifically on how the video portrays the facility and Lee County Parks & Recreation. The initial judging will be done by a panel of Lee County Parks & Recreation employees to determine the top five (5) candidates. Then the public will vote from August 5-11, 2011 by "liking" 
the video on our YouTube channel or emailing their vote to LeeParks@leegov.com to determine the winner. The winner will be announced online, and via e-mail on Aug. 12, 2011.
The Glory: What you get if you enter and win
- Top five videos will be featured on the Lee County Parks & Recreation website and YouTube page with credit given.
- The first place winner will receive a gift certificate for one (1) free annual Lee County Parks & Recreation parking sticker (good for one year of free parking - limitations apply) to be redeemed by the certificate expiration date.
Help spread the word! All participants are encouraged to post their videos on social media, and use the videos in whatever ways they see fit to generate as wide an audience as possible. In turn, by submitting your entry, you also grant Lee County Parks & Recreation full rights to use the videos in whatever ways the organization chooses in relation to promotions, programs, and events, now and in the future.
Regulations
1. The video must not contain material that infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property.
2. The video must not include brand names or trademarks.
3. The video must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, slanderous, or libelous.
4. The video must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual, or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
5. The video must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in the state of Florida.
6. Follow all YouTube rules and regulations before creating, editing and uploading your material.
7. Make sure the quality of your video is sufficient for general viewing. The following formats are accepted - MOV, MPG, MP4, AVI, WMV & FLV (maximum file size 150 MB.)
8. Lee County Parks & Recreation is not responsible for any bodily injury or harm, destruction or loss of property, or monetary loss that may result from participation.
Lee County Parks & Recreation reserves the right to disqualify any submissions that do not adhere to these terms and conditions. The individual who submits the entry form must be at least 18 years of age on or before June 15, 2011.
